Zach received his bachelor’s degree in Applied Health from Azusa Pacific University which included multiple science courses including advanced anatomy courses.  In 2005 he received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University.

He began working in an outpatient setting immediately following graduation while simultaneously taking courses through a nine month manual orthopedic physical therapy course to prepare him for his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist exam.  He received his OCS certification and has continued to use his knowledge in an outpatient orthopedic setting.  When he is not treating patients in the clinic he enjoys being outdoors playing basketball, surfing, running, and spending time with his co-worker and wife Becky.

Brad Stillwagon, PT, DPT, OCS

Brad was born and raised on the Central Coast of California, grew up in Buelton and has family in the Santa Barbara area. His interest in physical therapy began while at UCSB, and developed while working as a PT Aide in Goleta.

Brad’s professional interests include working with high school athletes to teach them the importance of strength and conditioning, as well as specializing in golf injury rehabilitation and fitness. He recently completed his residency to become Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Apart from physical therapy, Brad enjoys all types of outdoor physical activity, including skateboarding, baseball and cycling just to name a few.

Andrea Wooding, PT, DPT

Andrea was born and raised in Ridgecrest, California. She became interested in physical therapy when she was in high school after she watched her mother’s close friend receive physical therapy. She observed the relationship the physical therapist was able to foster with their patients, while helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals. Andrea graduated from University of California, Davis in June 2009 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior. She continued her education by attending physical therapy school at Midwestern in Arizona and earned her Doctoral degree in May 2013.

During one of her last internships she was able to work in an outpatient physical therapy clinic. Andrea enjoyed being able to help patients achieve results quickly and invest in her patients’ lives. She knew she wanted to work in the Bakersfield area and heard about the Movement for Life team from a friend. She joined the Central Valley Physical Therapy team in July 2013. When Andrea isn’t in the clinic she likes to craft, bake, and play tennis.

Andy Hong, ATC

Andy was born and raised in the San Diego area. He became interested in Athletic Training in high school when he was sidelined from playing tennis with tendonitis. He was able to come back from his injury, but it showed him that there was a need for education and injury prevention among young athletes. His dream is to direct a program for young athletes to build skills, strength, and injury prevention. Andy attended Point Loma Nazarene University, where he completed the athletic training program.

While in the athletic training program, he completed two internships, one of which was with the San Diego Chargers 2011 training camp. Andy then spent a year with the NBA D League team, Bakersfield JAM, and met Zach Luce while interning there. After he finished the internship, the Central Valley Physical Therapy team received the opportunity to provide Athletic Training and Physical Therapy for the Bakersfield Condors. Andy joined the CVPT team in August 2013 to be the Athletic Trainer for the Condors and the local high schools in the off season. Outside of work Andy enjoys participating in outdoor activities and watching movies.

Fedorowich, MSed, ATC, of Central Valley Physical Therapy works as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Bakersfield Condors of the East Coast Hockey League. Previous to this position he worked for the Abbotsford Heat (now Adirondack Flames) of the American Hockey League where he served in the same capacity for the 2013-14 season.

Prior to his time in Abbotsford, the Mississauga, Ontario native spent two seasons with the Arizona Sundogs of the Central Hockey League (CHL). He was named the CHL’s Athletic Trainer of the Year in 2013 and was runner-up for the same award in 2012. His career has also included stops in Quad City (CHL), Norfolk (AHL), Iowa Stars (AHL) and in minor-league baseball with the Greenville Drive who are a single ‘A" affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. He graduated from Graceland University (Iowa) in 2006 and received Masters of Science in Education degree from Old Dominion University (Virg,) in 2009.

Terry was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. She is married to her husband Kenny of 25 years. Together they have 4 children and 12 grandchildren. She has been with Central Valley Physical since 2010 and enjoys creating an atmosphere where patients feel cared for and important. Terry is also involved in many different charities and fundraisers to help support the Bakersfield Community.

Kelli proudly calls the Central Coast and city of Santa Maria her hometown. In 1989, Kelli earned a softball scholarship to Cal State Bakersfield and has stayed in Central California ever since. Kelli comes to CVPT after 23 years of directing the Children’s Ministry at Calvary Chapel.

She enters her 20th year of coaching varsity softball, spending the last 8 years at Stockdale High School. Kelli has had articles published in Children’s Ministry Magazine and sits on numerous conference boards. As a conference speaker, Kelli travels around California speaking on personal growth, leadership, parenting and Sunday school teacher training. Kelli is married to Ernie and is the number one cheerleader for her three grown children, Ilyssa, Jordan and Kiani.

Kelly Sanders grew up here on the central coast. After graduating from Atascadero High School is 1992, she went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and a minor in Exercise and Health Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

In 1999, she received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. Following graduation, Kelly completed a one-year residency program in orthopedic physical therapy at Kaiser West Los Angeles and Fortanasce & Associates Physical Therapy. She is board certified in orthopedic physical therapy and also is a certified athletic trainer. In her personal time, Kelly enjoys snow skiing, being outdoors, reading and spending time with her husband and two young children.

Pam Simpson

Pam Orth Simpson joined the Movement for Life team as Controller in 2006 and currently serves as Treasurer. She brings over twenty years of accounting, finance, and management experience from prior employment with two different Fortune 500 restaurant corporations and as Controller for a local restaurant chain. During her career, Pam has been a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Pam enjoys living on California’s Central Coast and all it has to offer such as cycling, hiking, and wineries. She loves spending time with her husband and adorable son at activities such as swimming and playing at the beach.

Lynette O’Neil joined San Luis Sports Therapy in early 2009 as the Assistant Controller and currently serves as the Controller. She has over 15 years of accounting experience in the private and government sectors.

Randall Hill


Randall was born and raised in California’s Central Valley and moved to San Luis Obispo in 1998. From physical labor to bartending and sales to office jobs, Randall has gained a lot of knowledge and experience in dealing with many different responsibilities and personality types throughout his professional career.

Just prior to working at San Luis Sports Therapy, Randall worked for a local branch of a widely-known real estate company for three years. Desiring a more structured work schedule, he found the San Luis Sports Therapy billing department. Before long, he was offered a position within Facilities/IT – which proved to be a better fit for his wide array of skills. The Marketing Department then took interest in Randall’s artistic side – where he created marketing and promotional content including t-shirts, posters and banners. From his work ethic and desire to grow, Randall was offered the dual roles of Director of Facilities & Purchasing Manager. He now works closely with the Accounting Department on many levels, as well as with the CEO of the company. In addition to those titles, being the team player that he is, Randall still wears many hats, tackling different projects and tasks on a daily basis for multiple departments and people. This includes managing storage, sitting on the Marketing Committee, and even serving as the local space planner.

Randall, his lovely wife and their son currently reside in San Luis Obispo.

Cool and composed, Ashley is one of those people who never seem to be surprised, put off, or taken aback. He is a gentleman and a loyal friend, and an anchor of composure among men.

He leads an adventurous lifestyle, and once led a flock of endangered cranes across Siberia on a motorized hang glider. He also once rode a Harley across the deck of a battleship, and he’s been photographed riding a horse…shirtless.

Ashley’s current and favorite adventure is that of Director of IT for the Movement for Life Team. The opportunity to provide IT support and guidance to a remarkable and innovative team of gifted individuals is its own reward.

Rebeccah was raised in San Juan Bautista, CA and San Miguel, CA. After graduating from Cal Poly, Rebeccah tried to pursue a finance and accounting career, first in London then in Paso Robles where she quickly learned that neither finance nor accounting were her passions.

She transitioned to Benefits and Human Resources, and joined Team Movement for Life to continue on that path in February 2013. Outside of her professional role, Rebeccah enjoys jogging, kayaking, traveling, and spending time at home with her dogs.

Stacey Ritter, MS, ATC


Stacey Jensen Ritter, MS, ATC is Director of Sports Medicine & Athletic Training, overseeing the high school outreach, and industrial athletic training programs.

After completing her education, she served as Associate Director of Athletic Training, and Department of Sports Sciences instructor at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA.

After many years as a university Athletic Trainer, Stacey moved to the high school setting, and found a true mission in bringing the highest standard of athletic health care to young competitors. Over the years, she has worked with Olympians, professional athletes and NCAA champions, and has been on several international playing tours with athletic teams.

Areas of special interest include psychology of injury, the adolescent athlete experience, and concussion education. She also finds time to serve on boards and committees that advance and promote the role of Athletic Trainers in the high school setting.

Stacey loves drawing, painting, and outrigger canoe racing. Her husband, Chris, is also an Athletic Trainer, and they enjoy running, hiking and being on the ocean.

Jennifer M. Uyeda, PT, MPT

Jennifer came from the Central Valley of California to join the San Luis Sports Therapy team. Jennifer has experience working with people of all age groups who have orthopedic, neurological, balance and even some wound care issues.

She recently completed her Orthopedic Residency and transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy through Evidence In Motion. She has also attended multiple continuing education courses through Folsom Physical Therapy and the North American Institute of Manual Therapy organizations in the past.

Jennifer loves traveling for work and for fun, which is why she has become a float physical therapist. She has already worked in multiple SLST offices both in and out of San Luis Obispo County. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys swimming, jogging, fishing, skydiving, bowling, traveling, dancing, and spending time with family, friends and her two cats.

Haley grew up in Kansas City, MO where she graduated with her bachelors in Athletic Training while playing soccer for her university. She has been a competitive athlete her whole life, although now she much prefers the enjoyment to the competitiveness. She moved away from home when she was 22 to pursue her master’s degree in Athletic Training at UOP.

Immediately, she fell in love with California and two years later moved to the best kept secret of San Luis Obispo to work for San Luis Sports Therapy. Her first three years with the company she served as the Certified Athletic Trainer for SLOHS. She then transitioned over to Athlon Fitness & Performance for the next four years. Haley is now extremely excited to broaden her horizons by working in the Marketing Department of Team Movement for Life!

The Central Coast has truly been an amazing gift in Haley’s life; she enjoys lifting weights, hiking on the weekends, playing tennis with her co-workers, jumping out of perfectly good airplanes, soaking up the sun and much more. She absolutely adores her condo in Grover Beach, her amazing roommates and the best kitty she could ever imagine.

Andrew was born and raised in San Luis Obispo County. After graduating from Cal Poly and coaching basketball at his former high school he decided he was passionate about teaching kids. He went back to school to get a Master’s in Education and teaching credential.

He spent about fifteen years in the public K-12 education sector serving in roles that ranged from teacher and coach to principal to technology and facilities director. Additionally, he has taught teacher preparation courses at one of his alma maters, Chapman University. Outside of the work day, Andrew is an avid golfer, stills enjoy playing basketball, and loves doing just about anything outdoors with his wife Emily and their two boys Seth and Luke.

Ryan Miller


Ryan was born and raised in Southern California and moved to San Luis Obispo in 2007 to attend Cal Poly. He became very interested in human movement and function and eventually joined SLST in late 2009 as a PT Aide. After completing his education, Ryan assumed more responsibilities within the company including Front Office Assistant, Lead PT Aide, Transcriptionist and Director Track Participant. In 2014, Ryan was awarded a Business Development position for the SLST Region.

Ryan continues to teach boot camp classes with Athlon Fitness & Performance and enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals.

Milo Winn


Milo moved to the Central Coast from Los Angeles as a teenager and graduated from Templeton High School in 2004. She began her professional adventures at Starbucks where, along with being an award-winning barista, she developed a craving for the interaction with the community around her and an everlasting passion for customer service.

While pursuing an education from the local community college, Milo was hired on with Team Movement for Life as a PT aide at the Paso Robles clinic in January of 2008. She also graduated from California Holistic Institute that year and was able to offer sports massage services for the company. Finding her home with San Luis Sports Therapy, she has dedicated the last seven years to learning and growing into the company. After six years managing the front office in Paso, she pursued an opportunity to move to our administration family and was quickly offered a Business Development Director role.

As a dedicated life-long learner, Milo continues to grow in her desire to make a difference with Team Movement for Life. She is dedicated to her Business Development Director Role and is excited and refreshed at the opportunity to get back to her basics of relationship building, interacting with the community and customer service.

In her free time, Milo loves camping with her friends and husband, cuddling with her dog, painting, writing, wine tasting, cooking, entertaining, learning, spin classes and yoga. Her proudest and greatest accomplishment thus far in her life has been marrying her best friend in July of 2014.

Heidi C. Coffee

Heidi Coffee is the Director of Business Development for Delta and Central Valley Physical Therapy and SCORE Physical Therapy. This consists of three Clinics in California’s Central Valley area, one in Kern County and the fifth Clinic in Santa Cruz County.

Heidi brings over 25 years of experience of strong outside sales, combined with marketing and promotional expertise in the area of medical diagnostic imaging and physical therapy.

Heidi’s has proven skills with identifying and capitalizing on a changing and challenging health care industry trends.

She is especially skilled at establishing, developing and maintaining long lasting professional relationships with physicians as well as medical staff. She is resourceful and a creative thinker with strong negotiation skills. Works professionally with each clinic assisting them with goal setting, event planning and marketing.

Carrie Anderson

Carrie and her husband Brad relocated to the Tucson area from Colorado in 2010 and are enjoying the warmer climate and beautiful sunsets. In Colorado, Carrie attended Aims Community College and Colorado Christian University. Having owned and operated a Health Club of her own in Colorado, she is experienced in both the customer service side of business and the management.

Carrie is a certified yoga instructor and enjoys helping people obtain their fitness goals.

Carrie is a perpetual marketer. She has found the perfect career in business development with Athlon Physical Therapy. She looks forward to tomorrow and in being part of such a wonderful company.

James E. Glinn, PT, DPT, OCS is the Founder of the Movement For Life Team with locations in Arizona and California. He shares responsibility for the leadership, strategic planning and operations of the multi-facility organization, while heading up the wellness and lifestyle programming for the Team.

Jim is a graduate of the medical center at Loma Linda University, and he completed his doctorate in Physical Therapy through the University of St. Augustine and the North American Sports Medicine Institute. Dr. Glinn serves as faculty for the EIM and Northeastern University Doctoral programs. Currently, James serves as the Vice Chair for the Physical Therapy Business Alliance. In both his personal and professional experiences, Jim has coached and rehabilitated All-Americans, Olympians, Amateur and Professional athletes.
