Zach received his bachelor’s degree in Applied Health from Azusa Pacific University which included multiple science courses including advanced anatomy courses.  In 2005 he received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University.

He began working in an outpatient setting immediately following graduation while simultaneously taking courses through a nine month manual orthopedic physical therapy course to prepare him for his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist exam.  He received his OCS certification and has continued to use his knowledge in an outpatient orthopedic setting.  When he is not treating patients in the clinic he enjoys being outdoors playing basketball, surfing, running, and spending time with his co-worker and wife Becky.

Brad Stillwagon, PT, DPT, OCS

Brad was born and raised on the Central Coast of California, grew up in Buelton and has family in the Santa Barbara area. His interest in physical therapy began while at UCSB, and developed while working as a PT Aide in Goleta.

Brad’s professional interests include working with high school athletes to teach them the importance of strength and conditioning, as well as specializing in golf injury rehabilitation and fitness. He recently completed his residency to become Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Apart from physical therapy, Brad enjoys all types of outdoor physical activity, including skateboarding, baseball and cycling just to name a few.

Eric Silva PT, DPT

Eric was born and raised in Hanford, living in the Central Valley all of his life. He grew up as an athlete playing many sports and enjoyed the comradery with fellow teammates. He attended junior college then graduated from CSU Fresno while working different part time jobs, which he feels allows him to relate to a variety of people. He then attended University of Pacific in Stockton, CA receiving a Doctorate of Physical

While attending school he was introduced to the company by completing an internship at San Luis Sports Therapy. Soon after receiving his DPT in 2011, he was licensed as a Physical Therapist and hired in Bakersfield. Outside of his professional role, Eric enjoys watching and playing all types of sports, listening to music, watching movies, and good food.

Andrea Wooding, PT, DPT

Andrea was born and raised in Ridgecrest, California. She became interested in physical therapy when she was in high school after she watched her mother’s close friend receive physical therapy. She observed the relationship the physical therapist was able to foster with their patients, while helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals. Andrea graduated from University of California, Davis in June 2009 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior. She continued her education by attending physical therapy school at Midwestern in Arizona and earned her Doctoral degree in May 2013.

During one of her last internships she was able to work in an outpatient physical therapy clinic. Andrea enjoyed being able to help patients achieve results quickly and invest in her patients’ lives. She knew she wanted to work in the Bakersfield area and heard about the Movement for Life team from a friend. She joined the Central Valley Physical Therapy team in July 2013. When Andrea isn’t in the clinic she likes to craft, bake, and play tennis.

Jason Elias, PT, MPT

Jason grew up here in Bakersfield and has a strong connection to the people of Bakersfield. Jason has a passion for orthopedics but has diverse work experience which has shaped his treatment. As a new graduate, Jason worked in northern California working simultaneously in an inpatient setting, transitional care unity and a sports/orthopedic clinic.

After that 1st year, Jason focused on orthopedics but also has significant outpatient experience with neurological diagnoses and has 1o years of management experience. Overall, Jason enjoys giving patient care that is focused on the whole person. Jason is blessed with a wonderful wife and four kids that keep him busy outside of work.

Paul Caudillo, PT, DPT, CSCS

Paul graduated from Bakersfield high school in 2001. From there he enlisted in the U.S. Navy as a helicopter search and rescue swimmer. He completed 3 tours of duty including coalition support for allied forces during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2005 and 2006.

Upon honorable discharge, Paul decided to focus his efforts on completing his education, earning his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University Bakersfield. Following graduation, Paul was accepted into Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions’ Doctor of Physical Therapy program where he earned his Doctorate in 2013. Paul is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has a primary interest in sports physical therapy and orthopedics. Paul enjoys working with the professional athletes of the Bakersfield Condors hockey team and the Bakersfield Jam Basketball team. Outside his professional role, Paul enjoys snowboarding, doing anything outdoors and spending time with his wife and two dachshunds.

Andy Hong, ATC

Andy was born and raised in the San Diego area. He became interested in Athletic Training in high school when he was sidelined from playing tennis with tendonitis. He was able to come back from his injury, but it showed him that there was a need for education and injury prevention among young athletes. His dream is to direct a program for young athletes to build skills, strength, and injury prevention. Andy attended Point Loma Nazarene University, where he completed the athletic training program.

While in the athletic training program, he completed two internships, one of which was with the San Diego Chargers 2011 training camp. Andy then spent a year with the NBA D League team, Bakersfield JAM, and met Zach Luce while interning there. After he finished the internship, the Central Valley Physical Therapy team received the opportunity to provide Athletic Training and Physical Therapy for the Bakersfield Condors. Andy joined the CVPT team in August 2013 to be the Athletic Trainer for the Condors and the local high schools in the off season. Outside of work Andy enjoys participating in outdoor activities and watching movies.

Fedorowich, MSed, ATC, of Central Valley Physical Therapy works as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Bakersfield Condors of the East Coast Hockey League. Previous to this position he worked for the Abbotsford Heat (now Adirondack Flames) of the American Hockey League where he served in the same capacity for the 2013-14 season.

Prior to his time in Abbotsford, the Mississauga, Ontario native spent two seasons with the Arizona Sundogs of the Central Hockey League (CHL). He was named the CHL’s Athletic Trainer of the Year in 2013 and was runner-up for the same award in 2012. His career has also included stops in Quad City (CHL), Norfolk (AHL), Iowa Stars (AHL) and in minor-league baseball with the Greenville Drive who are a single ‘A" affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. He graduated from Graceland University (Iowa) in 2006 and received Masters of Science in Education degree from Old Dominion University (Virg,) in 2009.

Terry was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. She is married to her husband Kenny of 25 years. Together they have 4 children and 12 grandchildren. She has been with Central Valley Physical since 2010 and enjoys creating an atmosphere where patients feel cared for and important. Terry is also involved in many different charities and fundraisers to help support the Bakersfield Community.

Kelli proudly calls the Central Coast and city of Santa Maria her hometown. In 1989, Kelli earned a softball scholarship to Cal State Bakersfield and has stayed in Central California ever since. Kelli comes to CVPT after 23 years of directing the Children’s Ministry at Calvary Chapel.

She enters her 20th year of coaching varsity softball, spending the last 8 years at Stockdale High School. Kelli has had articles published in Children’s Ministry Magazine and sits on numerous conference boards. As a conference speaker, Kelli travels around California speaking on personal growth, leadership, parenting and Sunday school teacher training. Kelli is married to Ernie and is the number one cheerleader for her three grown children, Ilyssa, Jordan and Kiani.

Kelly received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on health fitness and her personal training credential from ACSM in May 2009. Kelly started out at Central Valley Physical Therapy as an aide but shifted to the Front Office Manager when the opportunity arose.

Although she loved working directly with patients, Kelly has found the opportunity of managing the office to be an exciting new challenge and has thoroughly enjoyed learning and relating with patients in a whole new arena. When she is not at the clinic she enjoys running, camping, and going to the beach.

Originally from San Francisco. Lori lived in Fresno until moving to Bakersfield 6 years ago. She has 3 children and enjoys spending time with them pursuing there interest as well as getting away to the beach. Lori manages accounts @ CVPT and is a good fit for her organizational talents as well as her desire to help others.
