Zach received his bachelor’s degree in Applied Health from Azusa Pacific University which included multiple science courses including advanced anatomy courses.  In 2005 he received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University.  He began working in an outpatient setting immediately following graduation while simultaneously taking courses through a nine month manual orthopedic physical therapy course to prepare him for his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist exam.  He received his OCS certification and has continued to use his knowledge in an outpatient orthopedic setting.  When he is not treating patients in the clinic he enjoys being outdoors playing basketball, surfing, running, and spending time with his co-worker and wife Becky.

Kelly started out at Central Valley Physical Therapy as an aide but shifted to the Front Office Manager when the opportunity arose. Although she loved working directly with patients, Kelly has found the opportunity of managing the office to be an exciting new challenge and has thoroughly enjoyed learning and relating with patients in a whole new arena. When she is not at the clinic she enjoys running, camping, and going to the beach.

James E. Glinn Sr. is a Founder and former President of Glinn and Giordano Physical Therapy, Bakersfield, CA and Bacci and Glinn Physical Therapy, Visalia, California. He is currently practicing at Central Valley Physical Therapy in Bakersfield, California.

Jim has a 30 plus year career in the San Joaquin Valley and pioneered and presented the first Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Courses in Fresno, California where he was an Adjunct Professor at California State University Physical Therapy Program. He has been a featured speaker at countless professional conferences and seminars and is a consultant to numerous physical therapy practices across the U.S.

He is a former TAC Masters All-American in Track & Field and his athletic experiences run the gamut from Power and Olympic weight lifting to finishing the Hawaiian Ironman Triathlon, the 100 mile Western States Endurance Run and dozens of Marathons. Jim has a special interest in Senior Wellness and Fitness both professionally and personally. With a special passion for backpacking, he recently completed hiking the 2,650-mile Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada. His other interests include Native American and Western History studies as well as spending as much time as possible with his granddaughters Mia and Elle.

Matt grew up in Alaska loving the outdoors. He went to Montana for all his higher education and training. Matt comes to Bakersfield with experience working with beginning exercisers to recreational/competitive athletes both from physical therapy and performance training perspectives. He enjoys working with his clients to help them reach their goals through the rehabilitation process. He will be starting an orthopedic residency program to further his education. In Matt’s spare time he competes in triathlons and foot races. He also enjoys biking and hiking.

Jennifer received her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Kinesiotherapy from California State University, Long Beach in August 2005. In August of 2008 Jennifer stayed at CSULB where she received her Master’s of Physical Therapy. Jennifer is currently enrolled in an 18 month residency program through Evidence in Motion where she is receiving advanced training in orthopedics. These classes will also help prepare her to sit for the OCS exam. After taking the OCS exam, Jennifer will be continuing her education through Regis University where she will get her t-DPT. Jennifer’s areas of professional interest are orthopedics and sports. When Jennifer is not treating patients she enjoys surfing, working out, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Heidi Coffee is the Director of Business Development for Delta and Central Valley Physical Therapy. She is responsible for the Business Development of four Clinics in the Central Valley area.
