Andy HongATC

Andy was born and raised in the San Diego area. He became interested in Athletic Training in high school when he was sidelined from playing tennis with tendonitis. His dream is to direct a program for young athletes to build skills, strength, and injury prevention. Andy attended Point Loma Nazarene University, where he completed the athletic training program.

While in the athletic training program, he completed two internships, one of which was with the San Diego Chargers 2011 training camp. Andy then spent a year with the NBA D League team, Bakersfield JAM, and met Zach Luce while interning there. After he finished the internship, the Central Valley Physical Therapy team received the opportunity to provide Athletic Training and Physical Therapy for the Bakersfield Condors.
