Richard Goldbach is the Director of Industrial Programs for San Luis Sports Therapy and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. He is a board certified orthopedic physical therapy specialist, certified strength and conditioning specialist as well as a certified ergonomist. He has extensive post-graduate training in the field of occupational medicine. Rick has recently relocated to the Central Coast from Southern California with his wife, Jill, and there two Labrador retrievers, Boomer and Tucker. In his spare time, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, horseback riding, fishing, and camping.

Staci grew up in Bakersfield, CA. She competed in artistic roller-skating for 15 years and taught roller-skating in Morro Bay while attending Cal Poly. Since graduating from Loma Linda, she has worked primarily in orthopedics and outpatient physical therapy, with some experience in the hospital and sub-acute setting. Her interests and continuing education have been focused on orthopedics and women's health.

Vincent J. Kambe, DPT, a native of Southern California, has recently returned to the Central Coast after completing his Doctorate. Vince received his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2004. He then went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University in 2007. He intends on getting his orthopedic specialization certification in the next two years. When not in the clinic his interests are working out, playing basketball, surfing and being with his wife and son.
