Personal Profile:
Zach grew up in rural Northern California enjoying many different outdoor activities. He moved to Southern California in 1998 where he attended Azusa Pacific University for his undergraduate and postgraduate work. Zach is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and has a background in personal training and working with Olympic level gymnasts. Zach enjoys working with patients of all ages that have orthopedic problems. In his free time he enjoys surfing, hiking and playing sports like Basketball and Golf.

Personal Profile:
Jim Sr. was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and has lived in Bakersfield, CA for the past 40 years. This former private practice owner personifies the Central Valley – San Luis Sports Therapy Motto “Movement for Life” as follows:

  • Competitor in the following
  • Hawaiian Ironman Triathlon
  • Western State 100 Mile Endurance Run
  • Grand Slam of Four 100 Mile Trail Runs in One Season

Jim has hiked over 2000 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail (from Mexican Border to Canada).  He is a featured speaker at numerous national physical therapy conferences, and has authored numerous professional publications, including a soon-go-be published article regarding the Shoulder/Rotator Cuff.

Becky was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA. She attended Shafter High School and then moved to Southern California to attend Azusa Pacific University. She moved on to complete her doctorate work in Physical Therapy at Loma Linda University. After moving away to complete her college education she moved back to Bakersfield to be near family. She treats patients of all ages from the very young to the very wise. When she can, she enjoys playing basketball, volleyball, and swimming. She has really loved being back in Bakersfield where she has been able to spend time with family and friends.
