Chip was born and raised in Stockton where, as a child and teenager, he was heavily involved in competitive swimming and water polo. Following graduation from high school, Chip continued his competitive swimming career at UC Davis and completed a degree in Physical Education in 1993. After graduation, Chip worked seven years, three as an Aide and four as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, in a busy outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Stockton.
In the summer of 2000, Chip's dream of becoming a physical therapist was realized when he was accepted into the physical therapy program at Chapman University, where he graduated in August 2002. He joined the Delta Physical Therapy team in March of 2003, working with Jason Locke in the Galt location while preparations for a Lodi site were being made. Chip enjoys working with all patient populations, utilizing manual therapy and principles of exercise to design individual rehabilitation programs.
Sticking to his motto, "If it doesn't involve water I can't do it." Chip spends his free time water skiing, snow skiing and helping coach high school water polo.

Brianna was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. She attended the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. where she earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Sports Medicine. She remained at UOP, completing her Master‘s and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Brianna has experience working as a physical therapist in acute care and outpatient facilities. After working and living in Southern California for a few years, she has relocated to northern California. She looks forward to furthering her skills as a clinician by taking continuing education courses in manual therapy and vestibular rehab. Her athletic background is in competing and coaching volleyball as well as competing in equestrian events. Brianna thoroughly enjoys having a job where she can combine her passion for exercise with helping people and improving their lives.
Brianna currently resides in Sacramento and when not working she enjoys working out, playing volleyball, skiing, riding her horse and spending time with her dog Emmitt.
